Pharmacy Weight Loss Gateshead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Gateshead and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

We reserve the right to refuse service where clinical criteria are not met or where we have reason to believe information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) will only be dispensed following an independent clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.
We may require additional information, a GP referral, or blood test results before approving a prescription. Our clinical team may decline to prescribe if it is not deemed safe or appropriate for you.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history. Providing false or misleading information may result in the withdrawal of services and could present a risk to your health.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
If a prescription cannot be approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. No charge is made for a declined prescription.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by the pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance, and are not guaranteed.
Medicines will be sent in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as some items may require a signature.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect address information supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded under UK law, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
